A Guide to Housing, Land and Property Law in the Gaza Strip

The report explains the legal status of land and the current challenges relevant to land administration in the Gaza Strip. The main objective is to provide a comprehensive description of the complex legal system about land in the Gaza Strip, and to map the different classifications currently governing the land.

The guide has been produced by the Norwegian Refugee Council, with the assistance of the UK Department for International Development and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
