The Arab Land Initiative is pleased to invite you to the Knowledge Exchange event on the Role and Capacity of Land Professionals in Arab States that will take place on 8-9 November  2021 (postponed) in Cairo, Egypt. The BMZ-funded event is organized by ISTIDAMA (Center for Land and Environmental Governance) and supported by UN-Habitat/GLTN.

The two-day event seeks to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experiences, identify land professionals, their role in the region and define their key challenges. The event will be also an opportunity to assess the capacity development needs of the land professionals in the Arab region.

The EGM will bring together land professionals from different backgrounds, including Surveyors, Town Planners, notaries, the academia, the civil society and government representatives, etc.

The event will be held in person and virtually with simultaneous interpretation in Arabic, English.
